Shipping

Following credit authorization & verification, orders placed before 5p will be processed & shipped out the same day, excluding weekends & holidays. Orders placed after 5p will be processed & shipped out the next business day, excluding weekends & holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Generally, you will receive your order within 1-4 business days from the ship date. This is an estimate. Your order will be delivered by UPS who will attempt to deliver the goods to you three (3) times. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon delivery. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email from UPS with your tracking number. You can track your package at UPS.COM. Once your order has shipped from our store, please directly contact UPS with any inquiries about the status of your package: UPS at 1-800-742-5877.

International Deliveries

Your package is shipped DDU, 'duties & taxes unpaid', & we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties &/or taxes during checkout. Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order. All applicable customs, taxes, import duties & collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), & in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. Taxes & fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier & are not collected by EHVonnae.

Service Delays

EHVonnae is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to UPS. In cases such as these, please directly contact UPS with any inquiries about the status of your package: UPS at 1-800-742-5877.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

In the case that UPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, EHVonnae is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by UPS. Similarly, EHVonnae is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
